Work hours and vacation

Our progressive work models make work-life balance easy.

  • Flexible work hours (annual working time, 42 hours/week)
  • Paid overtime or reimbursement for additional work
  • Work from home (occasionally, as job allows)
  • 25 days annual vacation for age 54 and under, 30 days for age 55+
  • Additional vacation award to longtime employees (2 weeks for 10 years of service, 3 weeks for 15 years of service, 4 weeks for 20 years of service)
