1. In their final semester, SSTH students can chose to specialize their degree in "Culinary Arts". Upon completion, students are able to organise and carry out special and themed F&B events. The students will have increased awareness in terms of the latest trends, including seasonal and sustainable working methods, with a step by step approach to the different topics.
