The Rhythm & Food Festival is one of the highlights of the EHL Swiss School of Tourism and Hospitality (SSTH) in Passugg. The motto for 2019 is "On fire". Various delicacies made from meat, fish, vegetables and international ingredients are grilled over an open fire at several grill stations on the Passugg campus. Mainly products from Grison are used. The highlights are the various types of preparation in the Tandoor oven, the swivel grill, the fire bowl and the Big Green Egg. As always, our Chef-Patissier will create an extraordinary dessert buffet. On the campus, various seating areas and lounges are available to relax and eat. At the cocktail bars and also in the wine bar you can buy drinks.
