At SSTH hotel management school in Passugg, over 250 lunch menus are prepared daily in four kitchens and served in five in-house restaurants. The restaurants are primarily reserved for students, staff and lecturers. For external guests, only a few seats are available upon request. All five restaurants have  different menus, corresponding to the restaurant’s concept. Four of the five restaurants are served by students, and the last is a self-service buffet. However, due to the limited parking space around the school hotel, public transportation is recommended.

Five restaurants under one roof

  • The restaurant "Umami" offers Asian specialties like sushi and noodle soups
  • The Restaurant "Da Fortunat", formerly Paulaners, specializes in regional dishes with ingredients from the regions Graubünden, Tessin and Uri.
  • The restaurant "Campigiana" is our bistro and bar, and the heart of the school. Here students and lecturers meet for coffee and drinks, with burgers and club sandwiches (among others) served at lunchtime.
  • The name of the classic restaurant "The Essence" indicates that everything is prepared fresh with a 3-course menu, white table linen and classic table service. In this restaurant, you have to take a little more time to also enjoy some high class wines.
  • In the non-public restaurant "The Market", things go even faster and students and staff can choose what they like according to the Marché principle. A starter buffet, a main course selection with a vegetarian choice, and a dessert buffet round off the menu, with some of the dishes being prepared freshly in front of the guests.
